Shipping Policy & Production Times

At Sheridan Saddle & Buckle, many of our products are handcrafted and built specifically to your order. Most of our saddles, buckles, silver products, tack, and custom awards require production time before they are ready to ship.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

The estimated shipping times shown in the chart below refer only to the transit time once your order has been completed, packaged, and released to the shipping carrier.

Shipping time does not include production or manufacturing time.

Because we offer a wide variety of custom-made products, production times can vary depending on the item ordered, customization requested, current workload, material availability, and seasonal demand.

These products require time for design, manufacturing, engraving, assembly, finishing, quality control, and packaging before they are ready to ship.

Estimated Completion Times

Production times vary by product category and season. If you need a product by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to contact our team before placing your order so we can discuss current lead times and available rush options.

Order Status

Once your order has been completed and is ready to leave our facility, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. At that point, the carrier transit times shown in the shipping chart below will apply.

Important Note

While we make every effort to meet estimated completion dates, all production timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, customer approval delays, carrier disruptions, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed upon receipt of order. Sheridan Buckle Co. uses a variety of shipping methods to ensure cost effective delivery and get the products to our customers on time. We use UPS, FedEx and the US post office to ship our products depending on cost and deadlines set by our customers. It is very important to ensure Sheridan Buckle Co. is aware of your event date to ensure on time delivery. Sheridan Buckle Co. does all things necessary to ensure delivery on time but is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, natural disasters as these are examples of events out of control to ensure delivery.

We do like to point out that shipping quotes change daily when we buy labels and these are the current quotes and can change and we will call you if there are changes in the shipping quote price.

Sheridan Buckle Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sheridan Buckle Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material, take pictures of damaged products , boxes and packaging material before filing a claim.
