Once order is submitted and paid we will text you a digital mock-up of your saddle and other tack for approval. Changes are possible but may affect price.
Once you approve your saddle mock-up, we need 10-12 weeks to complete your saddle.
You’ll get tracking info and delivery updates so you know exactly when to expect it.

1. FULL PAYMENT
- Pay the entire amount upfront.
- Your saddle enters the build queue immediately.
- No follow-up payments or steps needed.
2. Split Payment
- Pay 50% upfront to begin your order.
- We send your mockup for approval.
- Pay remaining 50% when your saddle is ready to ship.

3. PAY WITH

- Choose Shop Pay at checkout.
- Pay in 4–12 installments (options may vary).
- Subject to approval by Shop Pay / Affirm.

Once order is submitted and paid we will text you a digital mock-up of your saddle and other tack for approval. Changes are possible but may affect price. The producer of the event tells Sheridan Saddle what lettering needs to be on your saddle.
During the checkout process, please type your gift certificate number on the final checkout screen where you see GIFT CARD or DISCOUNT CODE to apply your gift certificate credit.
