Once an order for gift certificates is submitted to us we will begin preparing your gift certificates and email the complete gift certificates with gift certificate numbers for your winners to use while ordering to your email provided. Please make sure we know your event date in case we need to make the gift certificates in a hurry. 

Each Category describes what saddle the gift certificate will cover along with a picture so you can see the saddle your winner could get and not pay any additional money.

How the Process Works?

1. Fill out the form to tell us what each saddle needs to say to ensure we put your event lettering on your winner's saddle
2. Add each Gift Certificate to Cart
3. Once Paid through checkout, you will receive an invoice for your order
4. You will then get separate emails for each gift certificate you ordered
5. Download and Print each separate gift certificate 
6. Double Check that each gift certificate has different codes in the Gift Certificate Number Line to avoid someone getting the same code.
7. Gift your winners with the Sheridan Gift Certificate
8. Your winners will visit this website or scan the QR Code to start building their award Saddle
9. Link to Saddle Customizer- https://sheridanbuckleco.com/pages/customizer
10. Your winner will then design their saddle and use the Sheridan Saddle Gift Certificate Code to apply their credit allocated for them.
11. The Saddle Customizer show them the cost of their saddle and they can easily subtract the amount allocated to them with their gift certificate at checkout. 

How To Order

Online Order

1) Take a look ABOVE and fill out the form to let us know the how many gift certificates you will be awarding and the lettering, logos etc that will be needed on the saddles.

2) Once you complete the above form for all the saddles you need, finalize the checkout process by clicking ADD TO CART and then navigate to the shopping bag in top right hand corner of the website. You can include everything in the one gift certificate if you need as the text box will accept a lot of information.

3) Add the desired amount of gift certificates, amounts and types of saddles to give you an accurate price per saddle you are needing.

4) Checkout and Fill out your address and payment details.

Email Order

Phone Order

1) Call us at 915-637-6298 to start an order over the phone. 

2) Upon calling in, we will ask you for the following information:

   3. Any lettering, logos, you need on the saddle for a trophy award.

Lettering

This saddle gift certificate is for a trophy saddle gift certificate. When you award a saddle gift certificate, we will ensure that the saddle will have your desired lettering on the winners saddle.

Logos

We can also add your logo to your gift certificate winner's saddle. A logo is stamped into the leather and painted to match the file you provide to us. When making a logo we have to make a logo stamp and we press it into your saddle. The initial setup fee for this is $100. Once the stamp is made we are able to use the stamp on all future saddles after the initial setup.

We ship to the United States including Hawaii and Alaska as well as Canada, and Australia.  

Shipping Rates

This saddles for your winners are custom made when they order. To make their saddles we will need about 8 weeks to complete the saddle once the order is submitted. We offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States as well as faster shipping methods if needed. Other shipping rates outside of the continental United States and expedited shipping rates will apply when needed.
