How to Order

1) First we would like to take a moment and congratulate on your achievement and winning a Sheridan Saddle Certificate. Customizing a Sheridan Saddle with your customizations is fun and a great way to make a prize that much more special and fit for you. Let's Begin.....

2) We have two ways to build a saddle for you

1. Take a look at our styles under our models available to pick a style saddle you like the looks of.
2. Build a custom saddle with our online SHERDIAN SADDLE CUSTOMIZER to this link.

3) The SHERIDAN SADDLE BUILDER is designed for you to build your saddle exactly how you want. This will keep track of all the options you decide you would like on your saddle. Each Gift Certificate has an allowance, linked to the serial number, determined by the producer for you to build your saddle and you are able to build a saddle over your allocated allowance. Anything above this amount will be your responsibility to cover.

4) At the end of your building process you will ORDER SADDLE and get to the checkout screen. At this checkout screen, there will be a field asking for any discount/gift certificate codes to apply to your order. This empty field is where you will type in your Sheridan Gift Certificate code to apply your allowance to a custom Sheridan Saddle.

5) Once saddle is ordered, your order is submitted to us at Sheridan Saddle and Buckle.

6) You will receive a mock-up of your saddle to your phone number or email provided to double check and make sure you are happy with all the selections you have selected.

You will get to see a mock up of the completed saddle in digital form before we start production to check.

1) Call us at 915-637-6298 to start an order over the phone. 

2) Upon calling in, we will ask you for the following information:

1. 1. Style of saddle you would like
   2. Any customizations you would like to make to the saddle
   3. We will need your gift certificate serial number and your shipping information to get the finished saddle to you.

Where Do We Ship

We ship to the United States including Hawaii and Alaska as well as Canada, and Australia.  

Shipping

This saddle is custom made when you order. To make this saddle we will need approximately 8 weeks to complete the saddle once the order is submitted. We offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States as well as faster shipping methods if needed. Other shipping rates outside of the continental United States and expedited shipping rates will apply when needed.
